Sotomayor steps closer to Supreme Court seat

July 28: With just one yes vote from a Republican, the Senate Judiciary Committee sent Judge Sonia Sotomayor's nomination to the full Senate Tuesday, putting her one step closer to a seat on the Supreme Court. NBC's Pete Williams reports.
