Playing down the recession in Peoria

July 28: What Works: More than 3,600 manufacturing jobs in Peoria, Ill., have been lost in the last year, but one small company appears to be bucking that trend by retraining its workforce to be more flexible. NBC's Janet Shamlian reports.
