Europe says flu patients can fly

July 30: The U.S. military is considering a plan to assist civilian authorities in the event of a major outbreak of the swine flu this fall. European transportation authorities said Thursday they won't allow airlines to forbid flu patients from flying. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
