Congressional jets cause political turbulence

Aug. 10: The House has voted to spend more than $230 million on private jets for top government officials, prompting an outcry from Pentagon officials, who say the money is needed for more important priorities. NBC's Senior Investigative Correspondent Lisa Myers reports.
