Study: Mediterranean diet wards off Alzheimer's

Aug. 11: Researchers found that seniors who ate a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and healthy fats and who also exercised regularly had a 60 percent lower risk of developing Alzheimer's than those who did neither. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
