Retail sales slump underscores slow recovery

Aug. 13: New economic numbers show that the recession, which many economists insist is over, is still bearing down hard on consumers. Retail sales fell in July, including at the country's top discount chain Wal-Mart. CNBC's Trish Regan reports.
