Career prosecutor tapped to examine CIA abuse

Aug. 24: Attorney General Eric Holder directed longtime federal prosecutor John Durham to look into possible violations of U.S. law in the CIA's treatment of terrorism detainees overseas as a new CIA Inspector General's report found unauthorized interrogation techniques were used on an al-Qaida suspect. NBC's Andrea Mitchell and Pete Williams report.
