Bernanke tapped for second term

Aug. 25: Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke was nominated to another four-year term by President Barack Obama Tuesday as the administration released a pessimistic economic forecast for the rest of this year. NBC's Savannah Guthrie reports.
