Home sales spurred by low prices

Aug. 26: New home sales jumped 9.6 percent in July, boosted by lower prices and a rush to lock in an $8,000 dollar tax credit for first-time homebuyers before it expires. New home sales have risen for four months in a row. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
