Anxious residents flee Calif. blazes

Aug. 28: California Governor Arnold Schwarznegger declared a state of emergency in Los Angeles and Monterrey Counties Friday as officials predicted that high temperatures would stoke wildfires for a third straight day. NBC's Michael Okwu reports.
