Activists urge action as sewage flows into Chesapeake
Sept. 25: On the banks of the Potomac River, The Blue Plains Waste Water Treatment plant has improved the health of the bay. But when it rains, sewage goes into the Chesapeake's waterways. Activists have urged upgrades to the water treatment system. NBC's Ashley Codinani reports.
