After school matters to Chicago's first lady

Jan. 4: Founded in 1991 by Chicago's first lady Maggie Daley, "After School Matters" is a unique and diverse program that includes culinary arts, science, sports and photography. Daley spoke to NBC's Rehema Ellis about her passion to keep teen-agers safe and engaged after school.
