BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Melancholy day as well today in suburban Virginia . Two pandas boarded a special FedEx cargo plane today and took off from Dulles Airport for their new home in China , all part of an arrangement made years ago. The four-year-old panda raised in Washington and a three-year-old raised in Atlanta returned to China , where they'll be part of a special program to breed more pandas there.
