>> reporter: it was quite a scene, the connection to michael jackson brought out the press and fans chanting justice for michael. members of jackson 's family were present as jackson 's doctor was arraigned, the charge against dr. conrad murray , involuntary manslaughter. a 51-page coroner's report says that murray properly administered the powerful anesthetic propofol to jackson and failed to monitor his condition thoroughly. murray posted $75,000 bail, three times the usual amount for cases like this. the judge ordered murray to remain in the country and surrender his passport. he's prohibited from administering any anesthetic in the state where he practices medicine. california is moving to revoke his license to practice here because of security concerns, his trial will be moved downtown. murray 's next court date will be april 6th .
