Bombings kill at least 17 in Kabul

The first car bomb blast leveled a residential hotel favored by foreign visitors -- and sparked gun battles that raged for hours on the streets. It's the second major attack in central Kabul in the last five weeks. NBC's Tom Aspell reports from Kabul
