BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Tonight our justice correspondent Pete Williams is confirming would-be terrorist Najibullah Zazi has told investigators he had planned to enter the New York City subway system back in September with an accomplice, both of them carrying bombs in backpacks. They were apparently planning to enter at the Grand Central and Times Square subway stops, and then choose whether to bomb the number one, two, three or six trains. NBC News has also learned a fourth suspect in the plot has been arrested in Pakistan and expected to be extradited to this country .
