BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Well, we now know what it's like to have a family member win the lottery. An employee of ours, a woman who works on the assignment desk in the newsroom at our Los Angeles station KNBC , learned today she and her husband -- who recently lost his job, by the way -- had bought the willing Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $266 million. One winning ticket. The woman who has not yet come forward publicly left co-workers a note in the newsroom this morning saying she had to leave early to, quote, "deal with a personal issue." She's good at understatement.
