BP reports enormous advertising expenditures

In a report to a Congressional committee, BP revealed that the company has spent more than $93 million on advertising in the last three months. The report also pointed out the company has given nearly as much money to badly affected states in order to promote tourism. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
