More than 95,000 homes repossessed in August

The number of people who lost their homes to foreclosure hit an all-time high last month, up 25 percent from last year. NBC's Brian Williams reports.

BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: of people who lost their homes to foreclosure hit an all time high last month. Ninety-five thousand homes were repossessed, taken back by the bank in foreclosure. That number is up a full 25 percent from last year.
