BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Not to be outdone by other television personalities, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert have unveiled their own plans for rallies in Washington . Stewart calls his the rally to restore sanity; Colbert more archly calls his the march to keep fear alive. It all happens October 30th , which happens to be the weekend before the election.
