U.S. walks out on Ahmadinejad speech

At a U.N. meeting of world leaders Thursday, representatives from the United States and Britain walked out of the General Assembly chamber over remarks made by the President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinijad. NBC's Brian Williams reports.

BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Here in New York City today at a meeting of world leaders at the UN , the United States , along with Britain , France and five other countries, got up and walked out of the General Assembly chamber over remarks made by the president of Iran , Mahmoud Ahmadinejad . He said the majority of Americans believe the US orchestrated the September 11th attacks as part of a propaganda campaign to fix the declining American economy and to help save Israel .
