Steele drops bid to stay on at RNC

Embattled Republican National Chairman Michael Steele finally threw in the towel on Friday, withdrawing from the contest for a new two-year term. He'll be replaced by Wisconsin Republican chief Reince Priebus. NBC's Lester Holt reports.
