Policing Mexico's drug wars

Marisol Valles, 21, is the newest chief of police in one of Mexico's most dangerous areas. Her predecessor's head was found on the doorstep of her office. In his second report on "Murder in Mexico," ITV's Bill Neely looks at policing the drug wars.
