Cartels turn Monterrey into city of massacres

Monterrey was once one of Mexico's wealthiest, and safest, cities. Now, as drug cartels target police and government officials--killing more than 20 officers just last month alone--the spike in violence has changed life for all its citizens. ITN's Bill Neely reports.
