Contamination spreads from Japan reactors

For the first time, the owners of that stricken nuclear power plant in Japan said that four of the six reactors would have to be scrapped. It came as news that the president of that utility had to be hospitalized for hypertension in the wake of the disaster. And then there was more unsettling news regarding radiation in nearby sea water. NBC's Lee Cowan reports.
