Libyan rebels complain of NATO delays

A rebel leader has criticized NATO for delays he said were putting civilian lives at risk and complicating rebel efforts to fight Gadhafi forces. NBC's Brian Williams reports.

>>> libya tonight one of the rebel leaders is complaining that nato isn't doing enough to fulfill its mission and protect civilians. nato officials did report today that in the last 24 hours warplanes have launched only 14 strike missions against libyan military targets. that's way down from just a week ago, when the u.s. was in command of the air missions. nato says it's because gadhafi forces are now keeping their tanks and heavy armor dug in in populated areas, in effect using the local population as human shields .
