Radiation fears seep into Japanese futures

After radiation levels measured approximately 5 million times the legal limit in Japan on Monday, the Japanese government quickly responded to fears both home and abroad by announcing that it would be set a nationwide standard for an allowable limit of radiation. NBC’s Lee Cowan reports.
