Royal couple a hit before wedding

Prince William and Kate Middleton braved a downpour in Lancashire today, on their last official engagement before they're married later this month. But it isn't the risk of rain that's got the prime minister worried about the royal wedding celebrations. David Cameron thinks local councils are pouring cold water on the street parties he'd like to see in every British neighborhood. ITN's Tim Ewart reports.
