British stillbirth rate 'a scandal'

Britain's record of stillbirths is being called a national scandal after a study has shown it has one of the worst records in the developed world. Each year 4,000 babies are stillborn - the equivalent to 11 a day. ITN's Lawrence McGinty reports.
