NATO steps up airstrikes on Gadhafi targets

While NATO tries to cripple Gadhafi's ability to command his own military, the Gadhafi regime is rallying other African nations to resist Western forces they say are trying to "colonize" the continent again. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
