2012 GOP presidential candidates slow to emerge

Contenders for the 2012 presidential race are still taking shape as Republicans take their time to announce their candidacy. Meanwhile, President Obama is already making appearances around the country and raising millions in campaign funds. NBC's Chuck Todd reports.
