Winehouse’s dad wants rehab center in memory of Amy

Less than a week after Amy Winehouse's father said farewell to his daughter, he began building a lasting legacy in her name. Mitch Winehouse met British government officials and pleaded with them to do more for children who are struggling with drug and alcohol addictions. ITV’s Emily Morgan reports.
