BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor (Washington, DC): recall tonight involving the most popular vehicle in the United States , the Ford F-150 . Company is recalling a million trucks because straps that hold the fuel tank in place could corrode, allowing the tank to fall off, cause a fire. Models involved are '97 to '04 F-150s , F-250s from model years '97 and '99. Ford will replace the straps at no cost to the owners.
