Cop hit by car, still gets his man

This police officer is being hailed as a hero … or maybe a super- hero in England. After being struck by a thief in a stolen car and sent flying .. he gets up with superhuman determination, chases down the bad guy and arrests him. ITV’s Emily Morgan reports.
