The cost of the London riots

Insurers say the cost of the damage caused by the riots across England has reached at least 200 million pounds. Homeowners and businesses who've been affected will be able to claim compensation. But for other victims, there's been more than a financial cost. ITN’s Carl Dinnen reports.
