Gadhafi launches missile at rebels

Reports from Libya say that Moammar Gadhafi fired a Scud missile at rebel forces for the first time in an ongoing civil war. The missile landed in the desert. The rebels now claim to be preparing an assault on the capital Tripoli. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
