"please stop shooting hoops in the air it risks people's lives." it signed a the government, one in english and one in arabic.

"To all rebels, please stop shooting fire in the air.” The sign was put up by one group of rebels in Libya to stop the celebratory gunfire. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
