BRIAN WILLIAMS, anchor: Perhaps because consumers have become accustomed to being dazzled by Apple , today felt like a letdown. New product roll-outs usually mean just that, but today's new iPhone is really a better version of the old iPhone. And while it is faster and better and runs longer and it's not -- it's still not anything close to the all-new iPhone 5 rumors that fans had hoped for. It will be much discussed, and already is on the Web , because it's really the first roll-out of the post- Steve Jobs era at Apple .
