Russians protest Putin’s party election results

Hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Moscow to demand an end to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's 12-year rule after voters cut his party's parliamentary majority in an election condemned as unfair by European monitors. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
