Koppel: Is the U.S. really leaving Iraq?

When the U.S. military completes its withdrawal from Iraq, more than 16,000 people, mostly Americans and third-country nationals, will still remain working in the country. NBC Special Correspondent Ted Koppel traveled to Iraq ahead of the withdrawal to answer the question: is America really leaving?
