WSJ: Prosecutors preparing criminal charges in BP spill

The Wall Street Journal reported that prosecutors are preparing what would be the first criminal charges related to the Deepwater Horizon explosion, which killed 11 people and caused a lot of misery for much of the Gulf Coast last year. NBC’s Harry Smith reports.
