House passes drought bill

House Republicans passed a bill designed to provide relief to dozens of states still suffering from drought. Cuts in the bill, however, have angered Democrats and it is unclear if the bill will pass the Senate or if affected livestock producers will get some real financial relief from Washington. NBC's Luke Russert reports.
