Colorful sculptures spread fun

New York City has been called the greatest outdoor public art museum in America. Hundreds of sculptures are found on streets and in parks. The latest works to enliven the city are by artist Niki de Saint Phalle on Park Avenue, one of the most famous thoroughfares anywhere.
