'Caregiving can be incredibly stressful'
The latest poll of boomer caregivers between the ages of 40 and 60 indicates many of these caregivers are not only caring for their elderly parents, but also their children -- and even grandchildren. AARP expert Amy Goyer explains these guardians tend to feel extremely isolated and more than half feel they need more help. Even so, many have not reached out for assistance.
