Jobs numbers ‘not a great report’

Stocks closed at their highest levels today in nearly five years, but the jobs report isn’t all good news. Some have suggested the better than expected unemployment numbers could have been manipulated. But as CNBC’s Sue Herera explains -- with 2,000 field reps and two government entities involved in creating the report, manipulation is almost impossible.
