Sniper victim’s brother:   ‘You never really get over cold blooded murder’  

A decade ago, people in and around the city of Washington were in the grip of fear.  It wasn’t foreign terrorism.  It was a series of random shootings by snipers.  Now, ten years later, the brother of one victim is remembering. NBC’s Pete Williams reports.
