Victims speak out at Jerry Sandusky sentencing

The testimony that resulted in the conviction of Jerry Sandusky on 45 counts of child sex abuse was raw, emotional and gut-wrenching. As they told their stories, another tale unfolded: One of a system that perhaps could have done better when the alleged victims tried to speak out. NBC's John Yang reports.
