Napolitano assures thousands of displaced New Yorkers
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano returned to Staten Island, promising that the federal government would stand by the thousands of displaced residents. About 4,800 in the Tri-state area stayed in shelters on Sunday night. NBC’s Michelle Franzen reports.
