UPS ‘boot camp’ preps workers for the holidays

From simulated icy sidewalks to boxes filled with cinderblocks, a new UPS training program is teaching drivers how to be safe and efficient during holiday season when every minute counts. NBC’s Kristen Dahlgren reports.
