Honoring former Sen. Warren Rudman

A memorial service held in Washington, D.C., paid tribute to Rudman, a Republican from New Hampshire who authored a bill in 1985 that included automatic spending cuts. He died in November at the age of 82. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
